Medical Staff Services supports the credentialing, privileging, emergency call schedule, physician newsletter, meeting coordination and calendars, assistance with proctoring, and orientation to hospital services.  Please contact Medical Staff Services to request access and training on Paragon, Avanti's EMR.

About Coast Plaza Hospital

We are a 117 acute bed hospital providing high quality medical services to the city of Norwalk and the surrounding areas of Southeast Los Angeles County. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and are licensed providers for Medicare and Medi-Cal programs, along with many HMO’s, PPO’s and managed care organizations.
